Quality and efficiency of the project first of all depend on the persons who implement them.

The main parameter defining the value of the company employees is the personnel qualification. Correspondence of the real qualification to the required one forms the basis for satisfaction with the labour and salary and defines the behaviour.

 

RAI has its own personnel training system including an educational center. The purpose of the educational center is training and education of the personnel in accordance with the company’s needs, its strategic development and individual plans of career progress of the company employees.

The targets of the RAI educational center are as follows:

-          training of managerial HR (training of subdivisions heads and project managers)

-          special personnel training in certain spheres of activity (marketing, accounting, finance and credit, project management, application-dependent software)

-          in-company trainings (team building, time management, negotiations technique, telephone conversations, sale technologies)

-          preparation of interviewers and focus-groups moderators

Principles of the RAI system of personnel development and training:

  • creating a development system on the basis of analysis of needs for development of the enterprise in general taking into consideration its strategic priorities;
  • constant development of the employees for the whole period of their professional activity;
  • Inextricable connection between the qualification and career progress;
  • Involvement in the system of development of all personnel categories;
  • Differentiated approach to training of various categories of personnel;
  • application of modern educational programs and methods;
  • responsibility of heads of all levels, HR department and the employees for the training process.

The personnel is trained by the company management and employees as well as by invited specialists in corresponding spheres using modern educational technologies and methods.

The training process takes place in the time convenient for the employees in the classrooms equipped with corresponding devices.
